Michelle changed my idea of what a Sydney tow truck driver can potentially be. Calling the service professional is probably selling things short. This is someone who loves what they do for a living. I used Burwood (aka Newington Towing) twice in a short space of time. The spotless truck. Her ability to make you feel less bad about your crappy situation. The very reasonable prices. Believe the 5 star ratings - they are true.

She was professional, knowledgeable and was charitable by offering me a lift to the depot and even helped me calm down before explaining the procedures that followed and what would happen to my car. She arrived within 15 mins & had my car on the back of her truck promptly.
